San Marino. AASLP will complete 7 apartments to be used for social housing
After so many years of waiting, the construction site in Via Spolantini in the locality of Gualdre (Fiorentino) gets underway
The Autonomous State Authority for Public Works has taken charge of the project to complete the real estate units in Via Spolantini, in Fiorentino, homes that will be available for social housing.
The construction site foresees the start with the workers of the AASLP construction team called to carry out the masonry work and then followed by the plumbing and electrical engineering teams. In addition to the completion of the seven housing units, currently in a rustic state, a thermal coat will be built on the entire building envelope for energy saving. A photovoltaic system will also be installed to ensure energy efficiency.
The overall renovation project and the architectural interior design were also drawn up internally at the AASLP.
In consideration of the need to complete the houses in a short time in order to allocate them to families in economic difficulty, the AASLP will work to quickly complete the works and the administrative practices of habitability on the first two apartments so as to be able to give an initial response to the housing need social.
At the end of the works, the housing units that will be used for social housing in Via Spolantini in the locality of Gualdre will be 7.
