Vaucluse. Tonight, the Soroptimists are waiting for you in Avignon to support the cause of women!
The Soroptimist club in Avignon is offering a film and debate evening to raise awareness of its fight to prevent violence against women.
At 6:30 p.m. this Friday, December 2, will be screened at the Vox cinema in Avignon, the film The land of men by Naël Marandin.
Then a round table will discuss two themes: the so-called “masculine” professions in which women are present, as well as harassment.
Around Sandra Vich, who was president of the Women Business Leaders of Vaucluse and the region, six speakers will be invited to discuss these two subjects: Marie-Hélène Clausse (flight test technician at the Istres base) , Christelle Gougelin (director of a construction training organization), Jean-Philippe Matz (psychologist at AIST 84 Occupational Medicine), Salma Rasool (lawyer specializing in the defense of women’s rights), Isabelle Sabon (winemaker and member of the Femmes Vignes Rhône association) and Carole Sanchez (works supervisor on the Palais des Papes site).
Come many, come many…
