“Student-Athlete Award” of the San Marino Panathlon Club, prestigious ceremony for the winners
On Friday 25 November 2022, the San Marino Panathlon Club celebrated its traditional Panathletic Day and did so in grand style with the important presence of the Secretary of State for Culture and Education, Andrea Belluzzi, who spoke on the theme ” The past, present and future of Physical Education in schools”.

The presence of these prestigious personalities testifies to the consideration and credibility achieved by the Panathlon Club in the San Marino sports scene and how current and credible the principles and goals that San Marino panathletes have been pursuing for almost 60 years are.
Belluzzi and Bologna underlined the importance of physical education in San Marino schools, of all types and levels, a topic that was the subject of a recent meeting between the Culture secretariat and Cons during which the foundations were laid for a reorganization of the school subject aimed at a more effective sports education, obviously with the collaboration of the families of the children.
The beautiful evening ended with the award ceremony of the winners of the “Student-Athlete Award” that for this edition, after careful examination of the numerous reports received, I went to Gioia Casali (Middle Schools – Artistic Gymnastics Discipline), Emma Bollini (High Schools – Finswimming discipline) And Matilde Tamagnini (High Schools – Artistic Gymnastics Discipline).
These boys, who have achieved remarkable results on the sports field while maintaining a high level of grades in school, have received compliments from the Secretary of State for Education and Culture, Andrea Belluzzi, and from the president of the Panathlon Club, Leo Achilliwhich has spurred the boys to keep the level of their sporting/scholastic performance as high as possible for the satisfaction of their Federations and, above all, of their families who are called to sacrifice not indifferently to support their boys.
