Land plots owned by citizens of Russia and Belarus are taken without taking into account the cost of them – report
Account 8167 was registered in the Verkhovna Rada on regulating the registration of amendments to the Land Code of Ukraine on withholding funds from the sale of a land plot, which is a citizen of an aggressor country.
The purpose of the project is to establish that the proceeds from the sale of land plots of the confiscated land plot, if the former owner is a citizen of the aggressor country (the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus), are credited to the state budget.
For this purpose, amendments and additions to part 4 of article 145 of the Land Code of Ukraine are visited: “A claim for confiscation of a land plot is filed with the court by an authority that exercises state control over the use and protection of land.
Confiscated land by a court decision on the sale of land. The funds received as a result of the sale of such a land plot at land auctions, net of expenses, are included in its sale and are received by its former owner. If he is a citizen of the aggressor country, the money is credited to the state budget.”
Part 4 of Article 145 of the Land Code of Ukraine provides that a claim for confiscation of a land plot is submitted to the court by the body in charge of state control over the use and protection of land. Currently, there are a significant number of agricultural land plots owned by citizens of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus (as a rule, it is used by inheritance), and in violation of Article 81 of the Land Code of Ukraine, they have not alienated them during the year when using other persons.
