Munich – It was broad daylight on Monday (November 14) when Luis N. (16) happened to pass a toilet facility at Ostbahnhof. He made a terrible discovery in the corner of his eye – and then reacted correctly.
The teenager, who goes to school in the Haidhausen district, immediately turns around to make sure: he discovered a lifeless woman on the floor in the anteroom of the toilet. He immediately rushed to her. Since Luis is involved with the volunteer fire brigade in his free time, he also has knowledge of first aid. He brought the elderly woman into the stable side position and tried to feel the vital functions. than uh no breathing and no heartbeat was able to determine he prepared the resuscitation of the woman.
At that very moment, two federal police officers came to the 16-year-old’s aid. Together with a police officer, the teenager resuscitated the 68-year-old – until the emergency doctor and rescue service arrived, for a total of five minutes. When the emergency doctor and rescue service arrived on the mezzanine level of the station, the woman was still not breathing. However, thanks to Luis’ efforts, the drama has a happy ending in the end. As the Munich Federal Police subsequently announced, the elderly woman is now back in a stable condition.
