Alkolenker drags the woman with the car in Salzburg – and then leaves her seriously injured
A woman was hit by a car, dragged along and seriously injured on Tuesday (November 1) on Leopoldskronstrasse in the Riedenburg district of Salzburg. But that’s not all:
Severe attacks by a 20-year-old woman on All Saints’ Day in a traffic accident in Salzburg (Riedenburg district). A car left the roadway on a protective path on Leopoldskronstraße, collided with a traffic sign and hit the pedestrian. The woman was dragged about five meters from the car. This is reported by the Salzburg police in a recent press release.
However, the driver did not stop after the violent collision, but accelerated and drove away. The Nigerian was taken to the Salzburg State Hospital with serious injuries. In the course of the nationwide manhunt, the driver was finally stopped by a police patrol in the Salzburg border area with Upper Austria.
A preliminary alcohol test showed 2.28 per mille, according to the police. The Upper Austrian refused to carry out an alcohol test. His driver’s license was taken away and he was forbidden to continue driving. In addition, the “sticker” of the car had expired. The driver WILL be charged with negligent bodily harm and abandoning an injured person. The two passengers aged 22 and 23 are reported for failure to provide assistance.
