16-year-old, he flees a control and breaks the finger of a policeman
Did the teenager have something to reproach himself for? Shortly before 7 p.m. this Friday, October 28, police officers from the Mirail Specialized Field Brigade (BST) patrol on foot in the Bagatelle sector in Toulouse. Arrived at a deal point, they come forward to check a young man who flees when he sees them. The latter has a rolled cigarette in his mouth, similar to a cannabis joint.
The individual then runs away and throws the cigarette butt on the ground. The police officers finally managed to catch up to him and intercept him a few meters away. As they try to arrest the fugitive, the latter rebels and kicks.
Finger fracture and ten days of ITT
In action, a policeman is injured in the finger. According to a police source contacted by The Independent Opinionthe civil servant suffered a fracture causing him ten days of ITT (total interruption of work).
Placed in police custody, the defendant is a 16-year-old minor. During his hearing, he minimized the facts, denying being the cause of the police officer’s injury.
