World Cup 2023: Rugby celebrates in Toulouse!
For two days, the 2023 World Cup is packing its bags in Toulouse less than a year from the big meeting at Ovalie.
Free entertainment is planned for Monday October 31 and Tuesday November 1, less than a year from the start of the 2023 Rugby World Cup. Three highlights are on the programme: the Rugby Train stopover at Matabiau station on Monday and Tuesday , a day of entertainment and sports and fun workshops on the Place du Capitole on Monday, and the passage of the famous Webb Ellis trophy, which will be presented on Monday evening in the Cour Henri IV then at the Victor Hugo market night.

On Monday and Tuesday, the Rugby World Cup 2023 exhibition train sets up at Gare Matabiau with exhibitions, matches and immersive experiences on the program.

On Monday, two opportunities are offered to Toulouse residents to see the World Cup trophy:
– from 7 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. in the Henri IV courtyard of the Capitole, in the presence of Sofiane Guitoune, Stade Toulousain player. You can take a picture of yourself with the cup thanks to a photobooth.
- from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at the late night Victor Hugo market, where a Marseillaise will be sung at 9 p.m. Recommended dress code: blue white red.
Finally, Monday from 10 a.m. to 6.30 p.m., all day, on the Place du Capitole, a great day of rugby for the whole family with a photo area and a unique village to learn about the oval ball.
