‘Circlásica’ arrives in Bilbao, the tribute to Miliki
The Campos Elíseos offers until November 1 this family show directed by Emilio Aragón
‘Circlassica. Miliki’s dream ‘has brought his circus numbers and his songs to Bilbao, with an evocative staging that takes us on a journey to the past. Emilio Aragón directs this family show with which he pays homage to his father, designed to arouse the enthusiasm of the little ones and the nostalgia of the elders. The Champs Elysées has it on the bill until November 1, taking advantage of the bank holiday, with a double function on Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday, including morning shows.
The new show from Productores de Sonrisas (after ‘Circo Mágico’, ‘Circlassica’ and ‘Clowns’) begins the tour after gathering 200,000 spectators in Madrid. The spectacular nature of the circus joins “musical themes known to all that will make us relive moments and memories of our lives,” the producers point out.
The common thread is the story of Miliki, a 7-year-old boy who dreams of being a clown. His desire is to make people laugh, compose songs and travel the world. So he writes it in the Book of All Travels and from that moment his world is filled with acrobats, jugglers, musicians and trapeze artists. But among all of them, two characters stand out as fine as they are crazy, Don Pepito and Don José, who wake up Miliki and invite him on a journey of initiation.
They will be your teachers in the art of comedy and will guide you so that you can fulfill your dream and get your coveted clown nose. But achieving his desire will not be easy. Along the way, overcome various obstacles and face Astrakhan, the prince of anti-comedy, who will try to divert little Miliki from the path by drawing for his teachers. To live this adventure in Bilbao there are several opportunities. After this Thursday’s performance, those for Friday 28 (6:45 p.m.) have been scheduled for Saturday 29 (4:30 and 7:30 p.m.), Sunday 30 (12:00 and 4:30 p.m.), Monday 31 (7:15 p.m.) and Tuesday, November 1 (12:00 and 4:30 p.m.). ) .
