With this slogan theSan Marino animal protection associationin collaboration with the State Veterinary Servicepromotes the annual campaign “More sterilizations, fewer abandonments” offering an economic contribution to those who sterilize their dog or cat.
“Sterilizing a bitch or a cat is a civil obligation and an act of respect towards animals, to avoid unwanted pregnancies, therefore unwanted puppies that if abandoned, and meet a life of hardship and a tragic end – he explains in a note l ‘Apa -. Are expected a contribution of 80 euros for each gata (22 fees available) And another 100 euros for each female dog (13 rates available)with reservation for citizens and residents of the Republic of San Marino and no more than one contribution per family unit until the preventive exhaustion.
Sterilizations will be carried out on 29 October, 5 and 12 November from 2pm to 6pm.
The contribution will be awarded upon presentation of the receipt from the veterinarian who performed the surgery, provided that this was done after the booking date. The presentation of the veterinary document must take place no later than March 31, 2023.
Any remaining citations will be assigned to those who request them during the time frame in which the sterilization campaign is active.
