The beneficiary of the prison business was the lawyer working against Hungary in Brussels
The prison compensation court dumping cost the Hungarian taxpayer ten billion forints, one of the beneficiaries of which was the law office of Gábor Magyar, who was already working against our country in Brussels. His father and fellow lawyer, György Magyar, left-wing politician and organizer of the opposition primary, did well in the prison business.
The left-wing activist working against Hungary in Brussels from 2017 previously became known as a lawyer in connection with the prison business. The family law office of Gáborék Magyar was one of the beneficiaries of the compensation lawsuits filed in a dumping manner, which in some cases cost the imprisoned criminals several million forints. The prison business, encouraged and supported by the Soros network, may have cost the Hungarian taxpayers approximately ten billion forints – Magyar Nemzet wrote about this back in 2020.
The documents obtained by the newspaper reveal that some lawyers have occasionally obtained millions in damages citing bad prison conditions for criminals such as Jr. H. Dezső, who in 2008 lynched Lajos Szögi in Olaszliszka with several companions.
By comparing the data of the documents from various sources, it can be established that between the spring of 2015 and February of the following year, the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) awarded more than one and a half million euros to the prisoners who turned to it, which, calculated at the exchange rate at the time, really means half a billion forints. Then, from March 2017 to the end of 2019, the state paid another 8.5 billion to convicts who had already been released or were serving their sentences.
The news of the first large compensations quickly spread in the prisons, as well as the fact that, for example, the Helsinki Committee received more than one hundred million forints in these years from Brussels, the European Commission, the Soros network, and the Oak Foundation, partly for the legal protection of prisoners. for campaigns promoting legal awareness and law enforcement.
Later, the initiation of the lawsuits was also pressed together with the preparation of a formal document, which, like the previous ones, led to the fact that Strasbourg was literally flooded with Hungarian cases.
It can therefore be stated that suing the Hungarian state became a real business and Gábor Magyar’s office was one of the beneficiaries of the compensation cases. In 2015, the son of György Magyar, who was a candidate for representative in MSZP colors and then a member of the presidency of the Movement led by Péter Márki-Zay, who is active as a politician, commented in 2015 when asked by Népszava Hungary: “Unfortunately, more and more serious cases are brought to Strasbourg, slowly a separate Hungarian department could be created .” Of course, he was shamefully silent about the fact that one of the beneficiaries of the dumping could have been the Magyar György és Tarsai Law Firm – at least their name appeared conspicuously many times in the ECJ’s decisions.
György Magyar also did well with the prison business – written by Origó in 2020. The Azvéd politician previously told the car portal Lóerő that “Lexus is perfectly enough” for him, and that he has always had, is and always will be with such a car. He is also related to the 20 million car, saying that it is “enough” for him, that is, even modest hold up. It can also be read in Origó’s article that Magyar is not only good in the field of motor vehicles: “according to the company database, his registered address is in the city center, one of the most elite and expensive places in Budapest”.
