A very fresh sea bass, beautiful scallops or appetizing prawns. The fisherman’s workshop opened a few weeks ago near Saint Cypriana Toulouse and offering customers the option of choosing directly from a stall, like in a fishmonger’s, what they want to eat.
Products delivered every morning
After several years on the side of rue BayardBruno Allouche, the boss wanted to try the adventure on the other side of Garonne.
A concept that has already proven itself, with products from the Mediterranean or ocean, delivered fresh every morning. Once selected, the seafood products are cooked a la plancha.
Price per kilo
“The advantage of this concept – which we are the only ones to offer to Toulouse – is that everyone can eat according to their appetite and their budget since the prices are per kilo: you only pay for what you have ordered, explains the boss. We can eat for five or ten euros or treat yourself to a very nice seafood platter for a hundred euros. »
Fish, shellfish and crustaceans are served with a side dish of your choice: potatoes, salad, Sicilian ratatouille, grilled vegetables. “On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, we also offer a mussels and fries formula at 14.90 euros,” explains Bruno Allouche.
