For its second year, the Festival des Etoilés will continue to delight the taste buds of its guests.
While it can be common in Monaco to partake in a dinner created by a world-renowned star chef, it’s rarer for two star chefs to cook the entire menu.
Yet this is what the Festival des Etoilés offers. Alain Ducasse, Marcel Ravin and Yannick Alléno have already welcomed great chefs such as Clare Smyth, Shaun Hergatt and Bruno Verjus in recent weeks. For the last collaboration before the final gala bringing together all the Chefs on November 26, Dominique Lory, the Chef of the Hôtel de Paris will receive the Italian Chef of the Milanese restaurant D’O, Davide Oldani.

The two Chefs will offer a dinner on Friday October 21 as well as a lunch and another dinner on Saturday October 22 at the Grill restaurant of the Hôtel de Paris.
On the menu, a subtle mix between the Italian pop cuisine of Davide Oldani and the excellence of Dominique Lory. Spaghetti salad with saffron and Kristal caviar, gilthead sea bream accompanied by sheep’s cheese, carrots and ginger, green tea granita and lemon from Menton, among others, will come together in the seven dishes created by the Chefs.
All served on the 8th floor of the Hôtel de Paris for a view as delectable as the dishes. Count 390€ per person to spend one of the most unforgettable evenings of your life.
