Judge Artur Ozimek won against Poland before the ECHR. Now he has to get back for money in court
In the Supreme Audit of the Year, the European Court of Human Rights found that the Extraordinary and Reporting Chamber of the Court is not an independent and independent court, because the test system for judges is inadequate.
The verdict was issued with complaints from two judges – Monika Dolińska-Ficek and Artur Ozimek. They both sought promotion, but the new National Council, their candidacy was assessed by the judiciary. The judges are taking sugar to the Supreme Court’s new Extraordinary Control Chamber, and its complaint has been rejected. The judges filed complaints with the Human Rights Tribunal, arguing that without their right to a fair trial.
Both judges were awarded EUR 15,000 in damages from the Polish authorities.

As she added, the prohibition of blocking the enforcement clause is straightforward – you go with the enforcement order to the bailiff, so what are you to do next.
The broadcasting station claims that the attorneys of judges Ozimek and Dolińska-Ficek (played by Maria Ejchart-Dubois) that Poland is openly leading that it will not execute the judgments of the Committee of the Council of Europe judges.

Why has Poland not paid? As we wrote recently in Rzeczpospolita, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs refers to the judgment of the Constitutional Tribunal of March 10, 2022 (issued in the case of the judgment of the ECtHR in the Disciplinary Chambers). The Tribunal stated that all actions of the state based on the result for unconstitutional actions were in line with the art. 7 of the Polish Constitution. As a consequence, the payment of compensation in the case of judges Dolińska-Ficek and Ozimek in Poland was implemented.
