Experts from all over the world gathered in Vladivostok for the fifth place in Literature of Pacific Russia (6+). The writers discussed the present and future of the All-Russian Literary Prize “Far East” named after I. VC. Arseniev (12+) at the round table “Far land, native expanse or literature about a small Motherland”. The discussion, moderated by literary historian Anton Efimov, was also attended by a Sakhalin writer, a member of the Union of Writers Lyubov BezbakhIA PrimaMedia reports with reference to IA SakhalinMedia.
Lyubov Bezbakh, who became the winner of the Prize. Arsenyeva 2021 in the nomination “Short Fiction”, spoke about the importance of such communication between writers:
Round tables, discussions, creative meetings, lectures – all this was very informative. The most important thing is that there was communication. People came to different countries, everyone has their own experience. We met, became friends, shared experiences.
According to Sakhalinka, in the works you need to write what will be interesting to the reader. The case is not only known to the reader, the places described, but also different parts of Russia. Also think, it is important to instill in a child a love of reading from childhood, because reading is not just the ability to put letters into words and understand the general meaning, it is important to be able to read between the lines that are laid down from childhood.
– It would be great if every parent read a book to a small child at night so that he would be interested. “Children will declare their own disclosure and refutation,” said Lyubov Bezbakh.

According to the island economy, the Russian language is extremely extensive, ancient and rich, which is impossible to eradicate and uproot from world culture and literature – for this, all knowledge of the language must disappear.
Remember, the LiTR festival is the largest literary event in the Far East with a powerful writer, poetic and publishing force. This year the festival celebrated its 5th anniversary with great energy. Creative meetings, discussions and master classes were held in Vladyproizvodstvo from 7 to 9 at several venues.
