Annecy: a free conference is being prepared on the protection of glaciers

On the occasion of the 40th anniversary congress of the network of nature reserves in France, glaciologist Jean-Baptiste Bosson arrange a free conference on glaciers, a Annecy (Haute-Savoie), Monday 10 October at 7.30 p.m. It will be entitled “Why and how to protect glaciers? “. This meeting is on the initiative of the scientist, but also of the association of natural reserves of France, the Conservatory of natural spaces of Haute-Savoie (Asters) and the City of Annecy.
Study glaciers
Jean-Baptiste Bosson is a glaciologist, member of the National Council for the Protection of Nature. He studies glaciers in French but also in other countries to explain their usefulness and the reason why they must be protected.
He does not hesitate to use his social networks to talk about glaciers, as was the case during a recent study within Mont-Blanc.
