INTERACTIVE MAP. Supply, ruptures and shortage of fuels… We take stock in Monaco, in the Var and the Alpes-Maritimes
In the two Côte d’Azur departments and in the Principality of Monaco, motorists are experiencing varying fortunes when it comes to stocking up on Saturday 8 October.
Whereas the government has facilitated the transport of fuel this weekend to fill service stations, motorists know difficulties in certain sectors or with certain brands.
A disparate situation that varies enormously from one end of the Côte d’Azur to the other.
On the official website of the Ministry of Economywhere updates are regular, just consult the points indicating each service station.
If a tariff is missing, for such or such fuel, it means that it is no longer available. If no price is displayed, the establishment is completely dry.
It is the Total service stations that are in the most difficulty, following a strike action affecting their distribution network. Plus a drop, for example, in the Cannes station on Boulevard République.
In Monaco, nothing to report, the vats are full. All stations in the principality have been contacted by the editorial staff of France 3 Côte d’Azur, and none are outstanding.
Across the department, some stations are already out of stock for certain types of fuel, but this remains a marginal reality.
In Beausoleil for example, and in Menton, only diesel is still available in places. In a Menton station of a large distribution group, it was a problem when filling one of the tanks that deprived customers of lead-free.
In Grasse, one of the resorts of the E.Leclerc group has already made the decision to limiting purchases at the pump to a maximum of 35 eurosas a simple precaution, we assure you.
On the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, the Avia station has no problems. Ditto for that of the Intermarché de Roquefort-les-Pins, Plan district.
In the east of the Var, the tensions are hardly more numerous, a large number of stations remain correctly supplied.
In Fréjus, the Casino on avenue André-Léotard, for example, was delivered this Friday and even this Saturday, October 8.
In Draguignan, the Intermarché Brossolette is experiencing difficulties in unleaded 95 and 98, diesel was delivered to him on Friday evening.
At Flayosc, an Avia station is not experiencing any problems at the moment. Delivery is scheduled for Monday, with a “additional cost of around twenty centimes per litre” says the manager.
In the Toulon area, it’s a whole different story.. “There is what it takes in the refineries” ensures a station owner, but the largest city in the Var has seen pumps close one after the other in recent hours.
The Casino supermarket on Aristide-Briand Avenue has been dry since Friday morning. Ditto for a station further north of the city, of the ENI brand: “total breakdown with Monday delivery”.
The Intermarché de la Sainte-Musse closed its pumps this Saturday morning.
It is also possible to directly select the name of a municipalitythrough this search engine.
Another interactive map put in place by the government even allows you to easily filter your searches by type of fuel.
