Gioia Casali (San Marino Gymnastics Society) flies to the national team
Last weekend, at the Multieventi Sport Domus in Serravalle, the 2nd regional round of the Gold Individual Championship and the FGI Specialty Championship of rhythmic gymnastics took place.
The San Marino Sports Gymnastics Society, on Saturday 24 September, takes to the track for the Gold Junior and Senior Individual Championship, with the athletes Eva Bombagioni, Gioia Casali, Camilla Rossi and Matilde Tamagnini, accompanied by the technique Federica Protti.
In the Junior1 category, with a slightly subdued performance, also thanks to a poor state of health, Eva Bombagioni was classified in 12 position, at the end of the four exercises presented.
In the Junior2 category, Gioia Casali reached the 3rd step of the podium, with a score of 87,750.
Gioia, however, maintained the 1st place in the regional classification, conquered thanks to the performance of the first round, a record that allows her to directly access the National Championship, scheduled in Chieti from 28 to 30 October.
For Camilla Rossi and Matilde Tamagnini, the path instead with the Interregional phase, thanks to the qualification obtained last Saturday, with a performance that saw Camilla ranked 5th in the Junior category, with a score of 93,500 and Matilde 5 in the Senior category, with the score of 101.150. For them, the Interregional will take place in Caorle (VE) on Sunday 9 October.
On Sunday 25 September, Annalisa Giovannini and Vittoria Magnani were protagonists in the Gold Specialty Championship, accompanied by Lucia Castiglioni technique.
