Press Release | The FPI Alpes announces the winners of the Pyramides d’Argent 2022
A key real estate development event organized by the FPI Alpes for 19 years, the 2022 edition of the Pyramides d’Argent took place in Annecy on September 20, 2022, in front of nearly 400 people.
Hosted by Vincent DAVY, President of the FPI Alpes, the ceremony revealed the winners of the competition. Dedicated to its members, this competition aims to promote and reward the best achievements of new collective housing programs.
For many years, the FPI has stimulated the imagination and the capacity for initiative of its members thanks to the competition of the Pyramids. Recognized by the profession, this event takes place in two stages. Initially, the candidates participate in the Pyramides d’Argent at the regional level, then the winners of this phase continue this challenge with the Pyramides d’Or at the national level.
This year, 36 programs were in competition in 6 categories, and were evaluated by a professional jury on June 30, 2022, under the chairmanship of Mr. Denis Duperthuy, vice-president of finance for Grand Annecy, who played Mrs. Frédérique Lardet, president of Greater Annecy. The president of Grand Annecy also introduced the evening of the Silver Pyramids with a speech delivered to the assembly. Focus on the big winners of 2022!
Regional Grand Prize
Arborea is located in the heart of the future Pré-Billy eco-district. It is made up of 84 accommodations that are part of a sustainable approach that respects their natural setting with access to a 7-hectare park. If the architectural qualities of the project create consensus, with sober and timeless lines, Arborea anticipates the challenges of the city of tomorrow: an elegant architecture and limiting vis-à-vis, a double orientation of day rooms, outdoor spaces generous, the connection to the innovative SmartGrid heating network of the Development Zone which will enable future users to reduce their energy costs. Important point: this program is certified NF Habitat HQE, within a concerted development zone in the process of Eco Quartier labeling and candidate for the Biodiversity Label.
Industrial Innovation Award
At the heart of the future Vétrotex eco-district, the multifunctional Echo residence harmoniously brings together housing, offices, shops and a nursery. Composed of 36 apartments from studios to 5 rooms, the residence shines with its environmental quality: bioclimatic design, thermal performance RT 2012 -20%, greening of the roofs and facades of the office building, optimization of natural lighting, charter green construction site. Shared spaces are accessible to all residents on the roof for vegetable gardening. Two distinct metal/concrete architectures ensure dialogue and contrast between the facade treatments: on the one hand the residential building with its loggias, planters and staggered terraces animating the facade, and on the other the offices in curtain walls with grid profiles also with staggered planters and terraces. An architectural signature that focuses on simplicity, naturalness and luminosity while using the latest innovations from several manufacturers.
Societal Impact Award
Mixed operation located at the heart of an urban restructuring project, EDERA makes it possible to accommodate senior housing and diffuse social housing at controlled prices, with accession bringing the social and intergenerational mix as well as local shops desired by the elected. The project works on the notion of “Inhabited Park” and better living together by allowing meeting spaces within the building and on the mall, keeping cars away from the center and encouraging the use of soft modes of mobility, while reinforcing the housing offer around a green pedestrian mall on the ground, on the walls and on the upper floor, fitted out with spaces for games and relaxation.
Responsible Conduct of Operations Award
Located in the town of Claix, CLOS GARDEN is a program of 26 homes for home ownership (from T2 to T5) distributed within ti buildings. 18 social rental housing units built by GRENOBLE HABITAT, within the framework of a building permit in joint ownership, are equipped within a 3rd building. The project was designed through a very thorough landscape analysis (in connection with the LPO) in order to limit the impact of the construction on the landscape and the plant heritage. The architectural bias is intended to be minimalist, and as discreet as possible in order to best fit into this wooded landscape. These are 3 small entities in R+2, on a basement level dedicated to parking lots, as well as a few cellars. Heat production is ensured by a collective wood-fired boiler room. This simple project, in a peaceful environment, blends in a subtle way with the quality of the site.
Early Achievement Awards
LE BELAIR is located in a privileged environment in the center of the village of Présilly, in the French Genevois. The intimate condominium of 10 apartments spread over two levels and a converted attic is built on a stamped concrete base which accommodates the covered parking spaces. The project emphasizes the comfort of life by offering housing with generous surfaces benefiting from good light and quality services (adjustable sunshades, 60×60 tiling, motorized garages, etc.). The dominant position of the village offers residents magnificent views of the plain of Geneva, Lake Geneva, the Jura and the Salève. LE BELAIR, which works in coherence with the architectural character of a preserved village, is the witness of a thoughtful architecture which combines sobriety and modernity.
general public award
A few minutes from the village center of Coublevie or La Buisse, LES RICOCHETS enjoy an intimate setting in the heart of nature while being close to amenities. The irregular “heptagon” shape of the buildings makes it possible to find different orientations on the same facade. This project was designed to satisfy the greatest number of families. It offers customizable accommodation, with quality services (choice of landscaping of private gardens, connected accommodation, parcel box service, application for monitoring and managing consumption). The residence is made according to an improved energy performance RT2012 -20%.
