Warszawa Wola is renovating vacant buildings for rent
Wola is renovating flats that it will rent to needy residents of Warsaw. This year, there are already 47 social premises. The apartment is being renovated.
The authorities of the will increase their communal resources. They rent renovated apartments to residents in need. By September 2022, Fittings of 47 premises for a total capacity of PLN 1.3 million. The money for repairs comes from the will budget. The apartment is being renovated.
“We are trying to increase our municipal stock and renovate more flats, for example in vacant houses. We have already renovated 47 flats, and this is only a drop in the ocean of needs, because there are over 100 names on the list” – said Krzysztof Strzałkowski, mayor of Wola.
“Wolski Zakład Renowacji Nowel in 22, 47 commercial premises in 4 locations: 19 apartments in Koło, 6 in Młynów, 9 in Nowolipki and 13 premises in the vicinity of Ogrodowa Street. In total, up to 1.5 thousand meters of usable space for residents” – says councilor Wojciech Bartnik.
The new owners of the premises are able to apply for immediate residence.
“Initial base of all of them replaced, doors, doors, batteries, batteries and all batteries will be replaced.
