The second edition of the Toulouse Capitole Perche will take place this Saturday, September 17 on the legendary square of the pink city. A unique event to follow from 3:45 p.m. on France 3 Occitanie where Renaud Lavillenie and many top names in the discipline will try to make the show.

We talk to you about it beginning of the week, the second opus of the Toulouse Capitole Perche will take place this Saturday on the emblematic Place of the pink city in the form of a “City Event” during which will compete with several of the best jumpers on the planet. The homologated international competition which will start at 3:45 p.m. will receive the American Chris Nilsen, 2021 Olympic and 2022 world vice-champion, but also Renaud Lavillenieundisputed star of athletics, Valentin Lavillenievice-champion of Europe indoors 2021, Thibaut ColletChampion of France Elite 2022 indoors and outdoors, Baptiste ThieryFrench Elite 2022 decathlon champion, or the very promising Anthony Ammirati, European junior champion 2021 and world champion 2022. The only one missing is Armand Duplantis, world record holder with 6.21 m. NOTe do not wish to compete on elevated tracks, thein Swedish 22 years old declined the invitation. On the women’s side, attention will be paid to the benefits of Margot Chevrierdouble champion of France Elite in title, Elina Giallurachisand Marion Lotout.
A key event for many polebenders eager to achieve one last good performance this season. The Toulouse Capitole Perche will be broadcast from 3:00 p.m. on France 3 Occitania but also on Athle TV and the app Sportall. The sports speakers Clément Breysse and Valentin Longuemare will make up the pool of commentators.
