Writing: a practice with multiple benefits
The very first reason to write is obviously to free oneself. It is very beneficial for to express one’s emotions, put down on paper his repressed thoughts. We can also hear, why not, a letter to a person with whom we are in conflict. It can work for a relative who we haven’t spoken to for years or a colleague who has deeply hurt us.
