About the AFPA
A public industrial and commercial establishment since January 1, 2017 and a member of the public employment service, the Afpa (National Agency for Adult Vocational Training), is a major operator of support and vocational training in France. For more than 70 years, Afpa has been helping job seekers and employees to qualify, find a job and retrain.
In 2021, Afpa trained 100,000 people, including 62,000 job seekers and 38,000 employees. Each year, it welcomes more than 3,000 people with disabilities.
