Great news for gamers!
Slightly behind in the league, the club from the Principality pulled off a superb coup this Sunday, winning against OL. And the rest of the season should be more beautiful for the Monegasques, with the inauguration last week of the new training center.
Eliminated from the start at 3e preliminary round of the Champions League by PSV Eindhoven, Monaco then experienced a strange start to the season. However, Philippe Clément’s men had a great burst of pride: winners in Nice (0-1), then against Lyon (2-1), AS Monaco rose in the standings, and is in 7e place, just 2 units from the first European place. Europe precisely, the Monegasques tasted it for the first time this season in Belgrade against the Red Star, and a success (0-1) on behalf of 1before day of the group stage of the Europa League.
In better shape, Monaco has enough to keep up the pace all season with a new asset in its pocket, its new Performance Center.
A 4-year-long project
Indeed, the Principality club corrected its new training center on Monday 5 September. 4 years after starting the works, and 55 million euros invested, the Performance Center has now seen the light of day, and will be of great help to Monegasque players. Written as a ultra-modern work tool, the objective is to train in the best possible conditions.
A jewel of which President Dmitry Rybolovlev is proud: “ This new complex meets the highest requirements in sports, technical, medical and other fields. The necessary training conditions have been created at the Performance Center to help our club achieve its goals “. It remains to be seen whether this new center will allow ASM to stay the course. Response this Thursday in the Europa League against Ferencvaros (6.45 p.m.), then Sunday in Reims (1 p.m.).
