About 400 shops will take place in the streets of the city center, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. A city center of which a large perimeter will be made completely pedestrian for the occasion.
An event “well established in the landscape”

The elected official in charge of shops at the town hall of Toulouse, Olivier Arsac, evokes “an event well established in the landscape and an event that created flow in the city center which is important for traders”.
