Notothenioids, which live in Antarctica, are interesting. These fish can live in water at less than 0° because they produce antifreeze proteins. It’s a superpower.

The one I remember is Matthew Henson. He was the first to arrive at the North Pole, but we didn’t remember his name: it’s unfair!
