Austrian painter Helmut Koller exhibited in Monaco for a month
The artist will be the guest of honor at his “KOLLERISME” exhibition, and will inaugurate it on Monday, September 12 at the Kamil Art Gallery.
You surely know him for his paintings of colorful animals, collected all over the world. First a photographer, Helmut Koller turned to painting in 1987, opting for acrylic on canvas. Since 1997, the artist has been working on a series of “pop colorful and super realistic” animal paintings. »

Here it is soon exhibited in Monaco, at the Kamil Art Gallery. The name of the exhibition, “KOLLERISME”, refers to the style of “Kollerism”, by which Helmut Koller defines his work. Felines, birds, monkeys or reptiles: all are painted in extravagant colours, surreal shades for familiar animals.
The exhibition, which will be integrated in a small committee on September 12, is organized in support of the association “The Animal Fund” (TAF), an environmental association integrated in 2015, based in France, Monaco, the United Kingdom and in Denmark.
