Andorran flavour. First International Meeting of High Mountain Gastronomy
From September 14 to 16 we have a new appointment with gastronomy and in a very special setting, some of the best chefs in the world will meet there to turn this meeting into a unique and exclusive event in which those who are passionate about cooking and are going to learn gastronomy, to enjoy, to reflect, to build and to debate about the authenticity of high mountain kitchens. Is born Andorran flavorthe International Meeting of High Mountain Gastronomyand aims to establish itself as one of the most important gastronomic congresses on the national and international calendar.
It will not be difficult for positive results to begin to be seen from this first appointment, seeing the program that has been organized, as well as the names of the figures of haute cuisine and high mountain cuisine that are going to participate. It’s important pointing that Taste Andorra 2022 will bring together chefs from restaurants located at more than 1,000 meters of altitude or in places with extreme weather conditions. And also that with this event it is intended to value the Andorran product and gastronomy, its gastronomic influence and its interaction with Spain and France.
One of the great chefs that we can see in Andorra Taste is michel brasthe culinary genius of flora and vegetation (creator of iconic dishes such as Gargouillou), the French chef of Le Suquet in Laguiole will receive a award that recognizes his professional career, in addition to making a presentation. We will also be able to listen to the Slovenian chef Ana Roš, Rodolfo Guzmán and Patricia Pérez who will come from Chile, Aníbal Criollo from Colombia, the Spaniards or those living in Spain Nandu Jubany, Oriol Castro, Diego Guerrero, Oriol Rovira, Albert Boronat, Hideki Matsuhisa, Francis Paniego, Nacho Manzano, Fina Puigdevall…
