For more than a year, LCL has been committed alongside the Institut Pasteur de Lille to Successfully implemented innovative prevention pathways on national territory aimed at developing and protecting health capital throughout lifeand welcomes this new signature with ADIMEP, to make the Longevity Course accessible to the inhabitants of the Toulouse region.
This patronage is in line with one of the commitments of LCL’s Societal Project in favor of health: “Acting in favor of prevention and access to health for the greatest number”.
A Longevity Course, what is it?
The Longevity Course is aimed at the entire population and in particular working people, pre-retirees, retirees, caregivers, and young people aged 16 to 25. The Longevity Course is divided into 4 major stepsadapted to the needs of each, and continues over a period of one year, through a personalized follow-up.
1. A self-questionnaire to be completed at home to find out about lifestyle habits and which will serve as a basis for examinations and interviews during the health check-up.
2. A complete health checkt to identify weaknesses and provide advice: biological, urinary, paraclinical, paraclinical examinations, interview with a psychologist, a dietician, a sports medicine educator and a medical summary.
3. Personalized support individual or collective to support the adoption of behaviors conducive to health.
4. Telephone follow-up for one year to follow the defined objectives and provide appropriate advice.
