Jacques and Gabriella of Monaco, it’s back to school time
Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella of Monaco returned to school on Monday, accompanied by their parents, Princess Charlene and Prince Albert II.
Vacations are over. The time for the return to school rang this Monday, September 5, 2022 for Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella of Monaco. And it’s very official. The Prince’s Palace shared three photos of the children of Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene back at school the same day on social networks.
Jacques and Gabriella joined the Institution François d’Assise-Nicolas Barré last year
The first photo shows the Rock twins from behind, holding hands. While the little girl is wearing a glittery pink backpack, her brother is sporting a school bag bearing the image of Super Mario, a true hero of console video games for several generations. On the second, we find them face on, still hand in hand, with their parents. The third is a close-up on them. The opportunity to notice that little Gabriella has put on a cat ears headband, decorated with pink hearts in the center, and is adorned with bracelets of multicolored pearls, round for one, in the shape of heart for each other. Like their little comrades, the children of the Monegasque sovereign, wearing baskets, wear the red polo shirt of their school associated with navy blue stockings. In this case jeans for both.
After going to school in September 2018 at the age of 3 and a half at La Petite Ecole – a private Montessori school located on Port Hercule – then the following two years at Stella public school, in the Condamine district, Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella of Monaco joined the Institution François d’Assise-Nicolas Barré in September 2021. They were enrolled in a double class, CP/CM1. But it was with their dad alone that they had taken their first steps in this establishment, their mom being at the time stranded in South Africa because of her health problems.
