Toulouse: several museums are free this Sunday, discover

Who says back to school says… a little trip to the museum ! A Toulousethem museums are free the first Sunday of each month. “It’s an invitation to admire the incredible richness of the collections of Toulouse museums, this operation is also a great opportunity to (re)discover the heritage and architecture of the city. »
“Free admission only concerns permanent exhibitions, access to temporary exhibitions remains chargeable. »
7 free museums
On this first weekend of September, the Pink City opens the doors of seven of its museums. Here is the list :
• The Slaughterhouses Museum;
• Saint-Raymond Museum, Toulouse Archeology Museum;
• Georges Labit Museum;
• Convent of the Jacobins;
• Natural History Museum;
• Gardens of the Museum in Borderouge;
• Quay of Knowledge.
However, a few museums are closed for renovations: the Musée des Augustins – Musée d’Arts de Toulouse, and the Musée des Arts Précieux Paul-Dupuy. “The Gallery Le Château d’Eau is preparing to host its next exhibitions”, specifies the City.
