Four pedestrians mowed down by a motorist after refusing to comply

Four pedestrians were mowed down this Sunday morning in Toulouseby a motorist which was placed in jailindicate the fire brigade and the prefecture of Upper Garonne. Among the pedestrians, three were seriously injured. The accident happened around 6:20 a.m. on Avenue de Fronton.
According to the first elements of the investigation, “the driver of the vehicle successively struck a vehicle and several pedestrians”, indicates the prefecture. It was a group of five people. The emergency services were alerted at 6:22 a.m., and hired six ambulances and 25 firefighters on the spot. Among the pedestrians, three injured were evacuated in absolute urgency to the emergency room of the Purpan hospital. A fourth was transported to another hospital. Sunday, the vital prognosis remained engaged for two of the victims.
