After refusing to comply, according to the police, a 32-year-old driver hit a group of pedestrians in Toulouse (Haute-Garonne) on Sunday September 4 and injured nine people, four of them seriously, reports France Blue Occitania.
Around six o’clock, a car violently struck pedestrians on Avenue de Fronton, north of Toulouse. Among the injured, four are in serious condition. The vital prognoses of two people are engaged. They were transported in absolute urgency to the Purpan hospital. The collision also caused five other minor injuries, four of which were inside the car. Pedestrians and car passengers were leaving a party.
Alcoholic, according to the Toulouse prosecutor’s office, the 32-year-old man was arrested and placed in police custody. Before the shock, he commits several traffic violations and hits a car: the police try to stop him, but they specify that he refuses to comply.
