Toulouse: Accident, the biker was driving a stolen motorcycle without a license
A biker was the victim of an accident on the night of Thursday to Friday, Croix-Daurade district. The investigations were reserved surprises for the police.
During the night around 3 a.m. on Friday, a biker fell in the Croix-Daurade district, in Toulouse. The victim himself gave the alert, calling the firefighters for help. On the spot, this young man was taken care of and transported to the emergency room of the Purpan hospital to receive treatment.
Very classic procedure and, in parallel, a police patrol went to the scene of the accident to make the usual findings. These officials were surprised not to find the device used by the victim.
A witness ended up giving the solution: before the arrival of the firefighters, the biker had put his Triumph away, out of sight. The police quickly understood why: the machine, a large engine, had been stolen from the gendarmerie zone in early July.
At the hospital, the 19-year-old victim was unable to present his driver’s license, which he never passed. He was placed in police custody on his hospital bed while waiting to explain himself to the investigators at the central police station.
