The Rose Festival organized by Bigflo & Oli, Bleu Citron and the group La Dépêche du Midi opened its doors this Friday at 4 p.m. Organizers are planning a three-day festival starting next year.

At Woodstock in 1969, spectators chanted “No rain!” (“No rain!”) to order the weather not to disturb the great musical mass. Oli, he had the good idea to watch the documentary mini-series “Anthology Chaos: Woodstock 99” by Jamie Crawford broadcast on Netflix which returned to the fiasco of the event supposed to celebrate the 30th anniversary of this mythical moment. “The rain follows us, Bigflo had fun during the press conference to launch the two days of celebration, we are cursed with Oli because as soon as we have an important event we hit the rain so we won’t even be surprise if it happens! »
But everything is ready, the doors open, the public happy and dressed in pink for many gradually takes over the space in front of the MEETT which delights the two artists: “Less than a month ago, we were quite stressed because there weren’t that many tickets sold at all and, in the end, it was an explosion. “It’s super exciting to pursue Oli, we were lucky to have people with us, to achieve our goals and we will try to push it even further. For example, by setting up another stage dedicated to the talents of tomorrow, a springboard for young artists. “And the idea of

With this success, we will be even more likely to be with the artists and the organization to program them and the idea is to grow with a program that would bring families together a little more, perhaps two big names that would unite one more evening for the next edition. The Rose Festival is thus part of the long term.
