The University of THD, organized by the InfraNum federation with idealCO and Avicca has become over the years not only the major back-to-school meeting place for the profession, but also the laboratory of ideas and framework for the sector.
While the France Very High Speed Plan continues (more than 10 million sockets remain to be built), the digital infrastructure sector is wondering and is already planning for the next stage, to better prepare for it: commentary Will it implement the major projects represented by the digital transition for connected and sustainable territories, the completeness and resilience of networks, digital sovereignty, etc.?
InfraNum invites all players in the digital development of our country to this unmissable event, which will be held on October 5 and 6 at the Pierre Baudis Congress Center in Toulouse. On the program in particular:
· The room of industry personalities : Jean-Noël Barrot, the new Minister Delegate in charge of the digital transition and telecommunications, who will be invited to present, for the first time to the entire sector, his digital roadmap for the new five-year term, but also Laure de La Raudière – President of Arcep and Christel Heydemann – CEO of Orange;
· A complete program plenary sessions (on the news of the France THD plan and France’s ambition for connected and sustainable territories) and workshops to address all the current issues of the sector: life of the networks, extinction of copper , 5G, data centers, sobriety and digital inclusion, cybersecurity, rurality and digital…

Created at the end of 2012 to support the France Very High Speed Plan, the InfraNum federation brings together more than 200 companies representing all the businesses in the digital infrastructure sector (design offices, operators, integrators, equipment manufacturers, service providers, etc.). InfraNum is a founding member of the Strategic Committee for the “Digital Infrastructures” sector signed by the government in December 2019. An industrial partner of all territories connected or to be connected, the federation supports digital development and the development of uses in the territories through the use of a neutral, open and shared infrastructure.
