energy sobriety, supply and attractiveness on the program in Toulouse
This will be the ninth edition of this unmissable meeting of the aeronautical sector in Toulouse. Organized by La Tribune, the AéroForum will be held during the morning of Friday September 16, at Toulouse-Blagnac airport after its visit to the Aéroscopia museum during the previous edition.
In the space of twelve months, the sector’s priorities have changed slightly, or at least have been proposed. If on the occasion of the AéroForum 2021, the increase in production rates and its associated challenges took center stage, the 2022 edition will highlight new issues.
It will first be a question of energy sobriety and supply within the aeronautics sector with the cast of the opening round table, scheduled for 9.30 am. To discuss this subject, Stéphanie Burgun, the general manager of Duqueine Group, Julie De Cevins, the Senior Vice-President Programs/Nuclear and Projects at Daher, and Nathalie Duquesne, Managing Director of Liebherr Aerospace in Toulouse, will talk together.
To continue this discussion, Pascal de Izaguirre, the CEO of the airline Corsair and new president of the FNAM (National Federation of Aviation and its Trades) will give a 15-minute interview to La Tribune, on “Air transport in the face of the energy crisis and the new climate deal“.
The talent war
The second sequence of this ninth edition of the AéroForum organized by La Tribune will be dedicated to the attractiveness of production, in other words of professions in the aeronautical industry via the employer brand especially, especially among young people. To address this subject, Ludovic Asquini, the president of Nexteam and ambassador of the “Aero recruits” operation carried out by Gifas takes the floor to present this device. In a second part, he will face three students who will question him about the future of aeronautical professions and his vision.
Afterwards, the floor will be given to HR the pitch time of five minutes in order to share their management and good methods for sourcing, attracting and retaining talent in their respective companies. On stage will be:
- Marjorie BevonDaher
- Stéphanie Martel (Skills and Talents Director at Sogeclair)
- Sadika Moussaoui (HRD at ATR)
- Isabelle Ratery (Airbus Atlantic)
Finally, the event, which is due to end around noon, will be punctuated by a presentation of trophies, not to companies as necessary, but to employees to highlight their professional career. R&D, mechanics, support functions, electronic systems and AI-cybersecurity are among the distinguished categories.
