The Commercial Court of Annecy (Haute-Savoie) reportedWednesday, August 31, her decision re the sale of the Alpine Aluminum business to Franck Supplisson and Samfi-Invest-Industrie to Friday, September 30, according to information from the Dauphiné Libéré. In December 2019, Alpine Aluminum was put into liquidation and taken over by Franck Supplisson, by decision of the commercial court.
The decision is expected on September 30, 2022
Franck Supplisson had undertaken to maintain the activity and to keep 49 employees out of the 91 present at the time of the liquidation. But employees have launched legal proceedings aimed at canceling the sale, “due to the lack of will to revive the activity”.
The cancellation was requested from the commercial court, on May 23, 2022, by the prosecutor of the Annecy court.
