Ligue 2 – FC Annecy brings down Dijon and offers its first victory
FC Annecy will have had to wait until the 6th day and a trip to the lawn of one of the leaders of Ligue 2 to finally win their first victory. This Tuesday evening, Laurent Guyot’s players thwarted all predictions by beating a Dijon team up to then 2nd in the standings 2-0. Alexy Bosetti opened the scoring on penalty (40th) and Steve Shamal doubled the bet at the very end of the game (90th +2). In the standings, the FCA is now 17th.
Shower of boxes
The bad news of the evening, since it takes one, is the number of cards designated by the players from Annecy. Two reds (Témanfo 74th and Mouanga 90th) and four yellows (Mendy 16th, Pajot 24th, Kashi 48th and Jean 53rd). Laurent Guyot will have to review his team to face, next Friday, another big piece of L2. Always Head East, Annecy goes to the lawn of Metz (7th day) which, this Tuesday evening, corrected Rodez (1-4). Promoted to Ligue 2 this season, FCA had not won a match at this level since April 3, 1993.
