Return of international visitors
” We can be delighted with such a result, it is 10% more than last year with Giacometti, despite an extremely short exhibition this year compared to usual, due to a tourism event calendar of business picking up very early in September said Sylvie Biancheri, General Manager of the Grimaldi Forum.
For Francesco Grosoli, CEO of CMB Monaco, official and historic partner of the Grimaldi Forum: “ this exhibition was full of elegance and originality. Our customers and prospects, who are great fans of creation and innovation, have widely acclaimed it. Its quality reflected our ambition in terms of sponsorship, that of contributing ever more and better to the cultural influence of the Principality! »
Very positive results, therefore, for this exhibition which brought together visitors from all walks of life: from France and Monaco – of course – but also from the United Kingdom, Italy and the United States, thus marking the great return of international customers after two complicated years due to the pandemic.
And mark it in your calendar now: the next summer exhibition at the Grimaldi Forum (in 2023) will be centered on the impressionist painter Claude Monet, for which a hundred paintings by the artist will be brought together thanks to a substantial loan from the Marmottan Monet Museum and to the support of international public and private collections.
For 2024, the painter William Turner and several contemporary artists, inspired by his work, will be honored, thanks to the collections of the famous Tate Gallery.
