SK Austria Klagenfurt beat FC Salzburg 2-1 in the Bundesliga on Matchday 16 of last season, inflicting Salzburg’s first of two defeats in 2021/22. Salzburg lost points twice against Klagenfurt (1U 1N) – again than against any other team.
FC Salzburg lost points twice in home games in the Bundesliga last season – once against SK Austria Klagenfurt on matchday 32 (1-1). The Carinthians were the first promoted team since FC Wacker Innsbruck 2018, who scored in Salzburg.

LASK remained unbeaten in the first four games in the Bundesliga for the fourth season in a row – the Linz athletes managed such a series for the first time in Bundesliga history.
SK Sturm Graz won the first two home games of a Bundesliga season for the first time since the 2017/18 season – back then, the first three home games were won.
