Room too messy – man beats up colleagues – Salzburg
A dispute between two employees of a hotel escalated extremely violently. This also had dire consequences for the attacker’s girlfriend.
On the night of August 14, a dispute broke out between a 32-year-old and a 45-year-old Croatian in the staff house of a hotel in Pinzgau. According to the police, the colleagues got into an immediate argument because of the order.
It got so high that the younger one finally punched the older one in the face. His victim was injured below the eye. The attacker’s 22-year-old girlfriend wanted to settle the situation, but her little finger was broken in the process.
Reinforcement and revenge break-in
As if that wasn’t enough, the older Croatian grabbed a metal pipe in another episode and threatened the couple with it. In the end he let go of the two, but the argument was far from over. He only left the location to inform a friend of the dispute.
The two of them broke into the room of the 32-year-old Croatian and stole cash as well as several electrical appliances and perfumes. Police officers later secure the stolen goods from the Croatian. In the room of the 45-year-old, the officials also secured a pistol with ammunition after the provisional ban on weapons had been announced. The accused are reported at large.
