The agreement for the promotion of legality, safety and quality of work in works contracts in the province of Rimini was signed yesterday by the Rimini party
Al of a few months’ work, as part of the implementation process of the Provincial Pact for Labor and Climate (PLC), and after the unanimous approval of the Provincial Council last 28 July, yesterday in the Garden of the PART of Rimini was presented and signed the Pact for the promotion of legality, safety and quality of work in the works contracts of the province of Rimini. Present were the president of the Province Riziero Santi, the councilor for legality of the Municipality of Rimini, Francesco Bragagni, the provincial councilor delegated for Security and Legality Giuliano Zamagni and the mayors and administrators of the 27 member municipalities, the representatives of the trade unions and categories signatories. The presentation of the Pact was entrusted to the manager of the Province, Ivan Cecchini. The Pact aims to combat the infiltration of crime in the organized territory in the legal economy of the territory and the promotion of the quality of work, the promotion of the culture of legality, responsible citizenship and safety in the field of procurement in the province of Rimini, protection of the healthy company, workers of workers employed in public procurement and of the quality of work worthily paid, the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases, the contrast of the irregularity of working conditions, the prevention and contrast of illegality at social and economic-productive fabric of the province, ensuring the best quality of public works. The Pact also provides for a working table that will be set up in the Province of Rimini with the task of monitoring and analyzing irregular work and the regularity of contracts, with support and exchange of data with local authorities and the regularities of contracts. The Pact for the promotion of the safety of legality, quality and quality of work in works contracts is the result of the collaboration between the Province of Rimini, Confindustria Romagna, CGIL Rimini, CISL Romagna, UIL Rimini, FILLEA-CGIL Rimini, FILCA- CISL Romagna, FENEAL-UIL Rimini, ANCE Romagna, CNA Rimini, Confartigianato Rimini, Confcooperative Romagna, AGCI Emilia-Romagna, Legacoop Romagna, Cassa Edile FCR, CEDAIIER, Scuola Edile Artigiana Romagna, Construction Safety Training School of the Unified Romagna (SFERA): all signatories, together with the 27 municipalities of the province of Rimini.
