The performance was actually planned as part of a “fan festival” in summer 2020, but was canceled due to restrictions imposed by the corona pandemic but postponed several times (start 8 p.m.).
The supporting program has also been reduced: the amusement park announced in 2019 will not exist. Visitors can still access the site from 12 p.m., where, among other things, a gastronomic offer with a “food truck mile” is planned.

The Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe advised visitors to the concert to wear sunscreen and rain ponchos – and to wear suitable shoes. “At Andreas Gabalier’s concerts in the past, we have handed out plasters by the meter because brogues had not yet shrunk in or because the pumps with the dirndl caused blisters,” said head of operations Markus Bauer.
Not all areas of the concert grounds are asphalted. In addition, there could be a few kilometers due to the footpaths from the subway or from the parking lots to the Munich exhibition center.
