Toulouse: a woman sexually assaulted in Saint-Pierre square
A 29-year-old man was arrested by the police overnight from Thursday to Friday at Place Saint-Pierre in Toulouse. He came to sexually assault a woman.
Drunk, the partygoer proved to be too lustful and aggressive. A woman in her thirties presented herself around 4 a.m., on the night of Thursday to Friday, at the police station in Toulouse. Shocked, she explained that she had just suffered a sexual assault near St. Peter’s Square. A little earlier, she is in the square with her husband and a couple of friends. They had bought sandwiches and found a place to eat them.
Not satisfied, the victim returned to the point of sale to buy another sandwich. In the queue, a tipsy man began to physically attack her. He touched her chest and she snubbed him sharply. But he didn’t stop there and insistently put his hands on her buttocks. The victim pushed her away and a crowd movement formed. She decided to go to the police station.
In view of the story of the assault, a police patrol took charge of the victim in his vehicle. They returned to the scene. Drunk, the man is still in St. Peter’s Square. She formally acknowledged it. This 29-year-old man, already disadvantaged and known to the courts, was arrested and placed in police custody. The victim filed a complaint.
