4 associations and 3 residents
The Toulouse and Parisian lawyers of the four associations and three local residents opposed to the 150 m high skyscraper project believe that the deliberation of the Toulouse administrative court having rejected the requests of opponents of the tower contains “significant errors by right “.
This appeal in cassation was filed on behalf of the three local residents and the following four associations: Non au Gratte-ciel de Toulouse – Collectif pour un urbanisme citoyen; Friends of the Earth Midi-Pyrénées; France Nature Environnement Midi Pyrénées and the Right to Housing 31, which brought the action for annulment of the building permit for the Tour Occitanie.
The Administrative Court of Toulouse, in its deliberation of 1uh June 2022, rejected this appeal for cancellation of the building permit granted by the town hall to the skyscraper project located between the Matabiau station and the José-Cabanis media library, at the top of the Jean-Jaurès alleys.
