Cais do Sodré is the new home of the latest bar in Lisbon. Dah dah has a room with a special acoustic treatment and has vinyls of various listening styles.
At the table, and only for dinner, seasonal wines arrive from the market, natural wines «without the use of chemical products» and cocktails; on air, and the music of a selection of wines made by DJ Trus’me (David Wolstencroft), one of the space’s four partners.
Dahlia is Lisbon’s newest listening bar (located at number 13 of Travessa do Carvalho, in Cais do Sodré), a concept inspired by the “Japanese spaces” of the genre, “in vogue in the 1950s”, explain those responsible.
Chefs Vítor Oliveiraex-Damas) and Gabriel Rivera are in charge in the kitchen, who create a menu in which vegetarian dishes always have a vegan option: Caramelized Cauliflower, Chimichurri and Almond Cream or Cucumber, Green Apple Pickle, Olive Oil of Pumpkin Seeds.
Among the suggestions of the duo, there are also Sealed Shrimp, Chilli Bisque, Kimchi and Sealed Lamb Chops, Cumin, Homemade Cheese. For dessert, go for the Chocolate Cake, Black Sesame Sabayon.
