Allianz Partners: Change of Managing Director in Austria » News | Tip
As of August 1, Silke Zettl will take over the management of Allianz Partners Austria, succeeding Erik Heusel.
Her goal is in particular to strengthen the B2B2C segment and drive innovation. Technical and human quality should create special added value for customers and business partners on the Austrian market. They will also make innovative, digital solutions from the Allianz Partners Group available for Austria.
“I see it as our task to be a reliable partner with the strength of an international brand for our business partners and customers in Austria and South Tyrol. The focus is on the satisfaction of our mutual customers, for whom we provide quick and uncomplicated help and offer innovative, up-to-date service. Customer orientation, quality and a sustainable culture of moving forward together are the most important milestones on the way to a successful future”, emphasizes Zetl.
Growth oriented mindset
The management team has been working together on these priorities for months, and a seamless handover of management over the past few months ensures continuity. Silke Zettl started her career in market research and customer satisfaction. Over the past 16 years, she has gained experience in various positions at Allianz Elementar Versicherungs-AG in Austria, where she also set the digital agenda in motion as Head of Market Management. She has been Chief Sales Officer at Allianz Partners since April 2022 and in this role expands needs-based innovations in the travel and assistance sectors.
In the future, Erik Heusel will assume a global leadership role in the Allianz Partners Group in the area of global clients as “Head of Global Client Segments” and will continue to promote global partnerships. Heusel has been with the Allianz Group since 2002 and has held senior management roles at Allianz Partners since 2011. As Managing Director of Allianz Partners Austria & Southeast Europe, he most recently drove business transformation and diversification, implemented the Allianz customer model and scaled it to other countries and business lines.
