According to her, the reality of the life of gays, lesbians or transgender people is different from the ideas about which they have some concerns.
“I wish that we find a way to each other, conduct a dialogue without invective and find a way to live together in Slovakia,” she said. According to Čaputová, companies that work best with their diversity are the best able to withstand crises.

“We talked about what it’s like to be a lesbian or gay in Slovakia. About the bullying and feelings of inferiority with which they have to deal with their young people, about the fear of a child or partner or about the lack of publicly known role models. It was also instructive for me to complete the picture of how they think about why to stay or not to stay in Slovakia,” she commented. (tasar)
