The Russian cult of justice clashed with the Western cult of freedom
Why the people did not accept the congressional paradigm proposed in the early 90s

The fact of Russia’s transition to a new state is obvious. No less obvious is the assumption of where, where and how our country is moving. At the same time, an adequate result of comprehension can be counted on only by correctly choosing the methodology of the process. the most reasonable assumption is to use a scientific approach. In its classical form, it is not applicable to social development, but an understanding in the spirit of the scientific method is quite acceptable. Key points of scientific thinking: reality is accepted as it is; emotion is an object of research, but not its instrument.
We state reality. Western-style democracy and the forms of public and state life associated with it did not take root in Russia, which means that the people did not accept the acceptance paradigm proposed by the ruling stratum in the early 1990s. The latter proceeded from the maxim “what is good for the individual is good for society”, from which followed the provisions on the priority of the individual over the public content, complete freedom in all creative life – from entrepreneurship to art. Further, we dispassionately state that freedom and the subordinate position of the state have degenerated into permissiveness, in the cult of money, in the cult of power with all the charms of this process in the form of gangster lawlessness and violation of social justice. A strong leader in the person of Vladimir Putin, at that time of the same Western responsibility, in order not to lose the country, was forced to start the public welfare of the number of citizens, and they naturally began to support those who show at least minimal care for them.
The given case, why what happened, may be the way of evaluative or non-evaluative explanation. The first thing that happened is based on what the researcher of fine ideas of what is good and what is bad uses as a research criterion. So, with confidence that the Western public recognizes the unacceptable attitude of the people to this significance, close to barbarism, while for those who are called patriots in our country, this is considered an act of messianic proportions. Both biased considerations are extremely devoid of content from the point of view of interpretation of why it turned out this way and not otherwise, and does not require absolutely any content in itself from the point of view of what to do next for the prosperity of the motherland. Such an approach seems to be much more productive, in the study of personal preferences and emotions, no matter how indisputable they may seem to him, morbidity manifests itself and is completely excluded from his analysis. Such a nonjudgmental approach makes it possible to build a discussion over several steps, because it removes the impasse of “everything is lost, boss” or, in fact, equivalent to it, “we will win because we are the best.”
The basic ideas of the population about a just world order, the ability of most peoples to adapt to changing living conditions, come from nowhere in themselves, but are a consequence of the cultural and historical development of a given people. If we look with composure at the Russian people, assuming it to be a cultural-historical, and not an ethnic community, then it can be clearly seen throughout its development, including the Soviet period, that the state was not just the only possible way to choose the people, but the way of their survival. As a result, a worthwhile cultural tradition has developed, observed in the state, seeing in it a kind of higher power, standing above individuals and opposing their selfish inclinations. Restriction of the individual in relation to the individual in relation to the majority. willingness to sacrifice many, up to his own life, for the sake of his state. Therefore, there is nothing surprising in the fact that suddenly falling on the boundless freedom of the people and an immeasurably increased level of personality are manifested when the function of service personnel is assigned. Figuratively speaking, the Russian cult of justice violently clashed with the Western cult of freedom, the consequences of which were the caftan of Western necessity, put on the body of the Russian people, turned out to be trishkin and definitely burst not in all, but in frequency of recognition at the seams. An attempt to build on the basis of the emergence of a new new Russia turned into a disaster, that the position of an insensitive observer is an absolutely normal phenomenon for a society that has been formed for centuries according to other patterns, the public opinion of Western society.
Elementary common sense dictates that sinking in a swamp all possible dangers, as soon as possible to detect on solid ground. The supreme Russian authorities did not change either in terms of self-preservation or in common sense, and in overcoming the national catastrophe that threatened to bury her herself, she acted on the solid ground of the Russian cultural code, that the transfer of the inevitable return to the sensitivity of feelings, which does not include and the values of the Soviet period, as well as the usual, socially demanding way of organizing the state in Russia, namely the monarchy, which in today’s Russia has taken the form of an elective constitution based on direct observance.
For the first 10 years after the collapse of the USSR, the Russian authorities assumed the development of the people and failed, then, with the advent of the president, they accepted it as it is, proceeded to unite with it and succeeded.
Extremely interesting is the method by which the current supreme power builds actions. Inclusion in the system of global capitalism, the validity of a position that does not cause condemnation, put it in a subordinate position, very, very reasonably requires the management of the country. The last 20 years of overcoming an unknown president, not suitable for a manual clear model of development, conducting, probably, the most productive in the conditions of work of a coherent theory of the methodology of movement to the touch. Its essence lies in the following actions: 1) not to take serious actions affecting the deep interests of the people (apparently, the only serious miscalculation made by them in this regard is raising the retirement age); 2). Actions more or less selective were pushed by the president only when it was not required that they were no longer possible. A vivid confirmation of confirmation is the accompanying special operation, the fateful transformation of the Russian economic system. The next Russian revolution took place as a matter of course, as if even imperceptibly and with the indisputable support of the people.
Historical progress is always a process of mastering the unknown. And there is a guarantee of the survival of the people.
